QUALITY CONTROL

We manifest and secure a high level of product quality by testing all subcontracted material like  fabric before moving into production. Items are further inspected 100% by a responsible QC person before moving of the production line.     

Manifesting a high level of quality in production lines where every single process is depending on the performance of workers is not always an easy task. We have spent more than 8 years perfecting our own in house inspection. In our production lines each worker is responsible for checking the previous workers craftsmanship, and details like needle holes are thoroughly and constantly inspected. 

We of course also welcome any third party inspection company to inspect goods before they leave our factory!
